Versa 2 and Galaxy S10+

For the first two weeks my Versa 2 recieved notifications from my phone with no issues. Since then, I havent been receiving texts at all, and phone calls/emails have been spotty.

 

I've restarted the watch and my phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. All my permissions are set correctly. Is there something I am missing?

Hi @StaciSweeden , did you update to the latest Firmware version 70.7.14? If yes, it's obvious that this text issue is caused by the newest Firmware update 70.7.14 and, for unknown reason, mainly affecting Samsung owners. Fitbit is aware of it and working on a fix. When released? I do not know a timeframe. Regards kuzibri
