Versa 2 and Phonak Paradise hearing aids streaming problem.

I just upgraded my hearing aids from Phonak Audeo B90-13 to Phonak Paradijs as the Paradijs has built in Bluetooth and the B90 streamed via a compilot 2.

Problem I now face is when I stream music it starts off OK then after 2-3 seconds the left hearing aid loses sound and the right side keeps playing.

With the old hearing aids both hearing aids worked fine streaming through the compilot 2 (uses the coil function)

Anyone else use this combo and notice any issues. Phonak say its not a know problem to them and they find it strange.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced.

 

If you haven't done it already, please try putting your Fitbit Versa 2 on the other wrist to see if there is any change.

 

In addition, you can forget the Versa 2 from the list of Bluetooth devices and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1625073933063.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
