Versa 2 and S20 5G on verge of divorce because of syncing issues

So I upgraded my android from Galaxy S9 to Galaxy S20 5G and imagine my surprise that my Versa 2 and my S20 5G don't seem to be compatible or at least they like to argue with each other about syncing. It took me a good almost three (3) hours or so to even connect my Versa 2 to my S20 5G and now they argue every day it seems because the S20 5G won't sync with my Versa 2, so while trying to resolve the issue and searching these help pages I see that my S20 5G is not on the compatible list? The like each other most if the time, the Versa 2 will allow the S20 5G to send it notifications,  calls (sometimes, Versa 2 hates showing spam calls, truth be told I don't blame it) but its a bit discouraging to realize that we're limited to upgrading to phones only approved by Fitbit. Seems like an arranged marriage to me.

Anyway, when will Fitbit fix the issue so that we as consumers aren't limited as to what phones we can marry out Versa 2 devices too? By the way, my Versa 2 won't admit it but it really does like the S20 5G it just gets a little finicky sometimes I mean COME IN! I did pick a phone that matches with the Versa 2 band!! (Both pink and Im not a fan of pink! ) Who will pay for the divorce if Fitbit doesn't come up with a resolution? I'm not and I don't think any consumers should have too!
