Versa 2 and did not fully charge.

I brought a Fitbit Versa 2 and charged it for the first time last night. This morning it was only on 62%. Is this right? 

Also I have set up Alexa, it types the response, but Alexa does not speak the response. Is it supposed to talk the response? If so how do I get it to speak please.

Hi @Chris2311, thank you for your inquiry about your Versa 2. 

 

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, please try to complete the restart procedure described here as well. 

 

Regarding the interaction with Alexa, keep in mind that when your say your request, your voice assistant responds with text on-screen, the voice assistance only responds through the watch’s speaker with Sense or Versa 3. You can find all the information on how to interact with the voice assistance and the commands that are available in this article
