Versa 2 and no map on app

I just took my first run with my Versa 2 and while it synced to my phone, there's no map of my run available on the app!  Before connecting my Versa 2 for the first time, I updated my fitbit app as suggested, as I used the Ionic up until this point. So what the heck happened to my map in the app? It's viewable online....

@Susanerne Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your GPS data. The Versa 2 doesn't have a GPS chip like the Ionic so you will use your phone's GPS chip. Please follow these instructions to make it work.
