Hi - following-up on behalf of others on this thread, who have also noted that other devices appear online, just not the Versa.

Appeared to be online and working well for the first few months after my purchase at start of 2021, but not since ~May.

I'm based in Australia, and using an android phone.

Could you please advise?

Searching for a solution for this, ran Into this thread. Figured out my problem, thought it might help others. Opened the alexa app on my fotbit sense(scrolled menus, and clicked on alexa icon) and it showed as online in the alexa app on my phone. I was then able to save the reminder to my sense.

i rebooted my versa 2 watch by holding down the left side button until it rebooted. Then I checked the Alexa app on my phone and it said my versa 2 was now online. Reboot the watch!

I had the same problem, Fitbit was offline on the Alexa app on my iPhone. Then I realized that my Fitbit was online with Alexa app on my iPad. I managed to get it to go offline on my iPad and it suddenly went online on my iPhone. Which is what I wanted.

Based on my experience I suspect that the Fitbit can only connect with 1 device at a time.  I experienced something similar with wireless headphones.

So I recommend that you check your devices and ensure that it’s offline on the devices that you don’t use so that it can be online on the device that you are using.
