Versa 2 apps downloading and sleep tracking issues

What's up with this new update? Apps won't finish downloading, my fitbit keeps saying I have the wrong password on the Wi-Fi, it's not tracking sleep correctly.

Hi @Jrgonzo20, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that that the apps won't finish downloading on your Versa 2 and it's not tracking your sleep accurately.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, set up your watch from scratch.

 

Regarding the sleep tracking issue, please check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and try downloading the apps again and see if it tracks your sleep data properly.
