Versa 2 apps not working and Fitbit App Gallery isn't either

I noticed yesterday that the weather app wasn't working, noticed today that agenda and find my phone don't work either.  Also, when I'm in the app, when I click on "gallery" to see the apps, the circular arrow just keeps spinning.

Hi there, @SuzDea. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the apps on your Versa 2 and the Fitbit App Gallery aren't working as expected. I'll be glad to help you!

To better assist you, with the apps on your Versa 2 not working, what do you mean exactly? Aren't they loading? Aren't they showing data or showing the wrong data? Is your Versa 2 syncing? Keep in mind that all apps you mentioned will work and update as long as your Fitbit device is syncing. If by any chance you're having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

As for the Fitbit App Gallery not loading, please try to force quitting the app and try again.

Hi Maria - my Fitbit is syncing with the app. The apps are loading, but weather and agenda apps aren't updating. The message tells me to sync the mobile app for weather and agenda. Find my phone tells me it couldn't find it, although it was right next to it.

Thanks - now working - I had to reinstall the app on my phone and move my account to Google. It's all working now.
