Hi All
My Versa 2 was working perfectly but now when I go into the Fitbit app on my iPhone to check my steps for the day a pop up message comes up - “Bluetooth Pairing Request: Versa 2 would like to pair with your iPhone’. My Fitbit app shows that the devices are paired. I have deleted the Versa 2 and repaired it several times hit still get the messages. It driving game crazy! Amy suggestions? TIA

Hi there @KH1705. Welcome to Community Forums.

I appreciate you shared your experience with the Community. I'd suggest you unpair the Fitbit device and your mobile device, delete the Fitbit Versa 2 from the Fitbit app, and then pair them again by following these instructions.

Also you can try to restart your device after performing the previous steps.

If the issue persists please contact our Support Team.

Hope this helps.
