Versa 2 asks to download the Fitbit app

I just won't it today and it said to start download fitbit app. I did and did everything it said to to to connect to it thru Bluetooth but my phone said the Fitbit rejected or won't let me connect Bluetooth.... So I did what it said, to either - turn off my phone Bluetooth then turn it back on.....and nothing. Or to turn my Fitbit off using the side button then back on......and nothing... The last one I tried too but forgot what it was... I don't know what to do?

Hi @SoCERDAfied266, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it asks you to download the Fitbit app and it won't connect to your phone. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the setup instructions that are included in this help page and see if your watch connects to your phone and gets set up properly.
