Hi @Anushka27 , did you enable WiFi on your Versa, cause Hue works with WiFi? Go within the Fitbit app to WiFi settings, press it and press the white WiFi icon nright next to the name of your network and Fitbit connects with your Versa. Once connected the white icon turns to blue and says connected. Word of caution: connection does not last very long when your Versa is not in the charger and connected to your computer, but just lon enough to use Hue. Regards kuzibri

Hi, try restarting your Versa 2 three times in a row (internal reset) and see if that solves the problem, regards kuzibri

Hi, very strange problem. The only thing I can think of now is to deinstall the Hue app in your Fitbit app. restart your phone and Versa and reinstall Hue app. When Fitbit asks for the IP address of your bridge, long press the button of the bridge and wait untill Fitbit tells you connection succeeded abd you actually see the IP adress. Good luck and regards kuzibri

Reinstall I have done also. Strange is that ip adres is automatically filled in. It doesn't ask in the app for other things

Hi, the app only needs to now the IP address of your bridge to let Hue function the way it should work. regards kuzibri

Hello,

Hue works fine. Its the linking issue with fitbit that is not working.

Hello again, @Anushka27 - I gave you contact info for Hue because They developed the app, not Fitbit. So you need to ask Hue’s Support team how to correct the issue.

Hello,

The Hue app in Fitbit is developed by Fitbit. Had contact with Fitbit support and they say that. They are searching for a solution to fix this issue.

The Standalone app of Hue is developed by Philips Hue. But not the fitbit in app. You  can check in the app area in Fitbit.

Hi, you are completely right: Hue is a Fitbit app and I really hope that Customer Support will find a solution for your problem, cause Hue is working fine on my Versa. regards kuzibri

I stand corrected, @Anushka27 . I was not able to find a Hue app in my Fitbit app so assumed you were referring to Hue’s app. Glad you are in contact with Fitbit Support. Please let us know how it works out.

I have the same problem.

Do you have a solution?

Hi,

No I don't have a solution. But it is also not needed anymore for me. I have made our home smart, so all is now voice controlled. It is better and nicer for us.

Hope you will find a solution.
