Is anybody having an issue with Versa2 ? my issue is this I got a message from my watch saying to unlock with phone. it connects but when it sends me the four digit pin number I get the message unlock with phone. I can not swipe up or down or left or right, without getting that message.

I have the same problem with unlocking my watch and the phone is no longer attached to it. So far its a $200+ piece of junk for me, I have tried everything nothing as work can I get this replaced since I bought that warranty on it. I am so frustrated with it and kinda mad about it.

1) Get on your computer go to your fitbit app, tap on the today app, go to your profile picture, go to your device image.
2) Tap device lock.
3) Find the option to reset your pin code
Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.

Your next step will be getting hold of customer support, and let them know you would like a replacement.the might have some other step you can try. but they are pretty good about giving you a replacement

Didn't Work. I tried to reset the PIN through the computer app but got an error message that there was a problem communicating with my device. I then attempted to factory reset and the device will also not reset. The device only shows the logo.
