Versa 2 background and apps are see thru

Hey, I have a question in regards to my versa 2. It seems that all my apps and my current background are see thru and showing previous backgrounds with old times and other data (kinda like an old tv that wasn’t turned off and the image is burned in the screen). I apologise for my bad explanation but I wouldn’t know how else to describe it. Anyone any tips on how to get rid of this?

I thought you did a good job describing it 😉 What I would do is restart your Fitbit Versa 2 and see if that resolves your issue. Just simply press down and hold the button on the left side of your Versa 2 for about 10 seconds until the Fitbit Logo appear. When it does release the button. You won’t lose any of your Fitbit Data doing a restart on your Versa 2. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

How old is your Fitbit Versa 2 @Marenthewh ?

🤔 just a thought @Marenthewh.….are you using a third part clock face on your Fitbit Versa 2? If so try changing the clock face and see if that resolves it

@SunsetRunner Hmm I have one downloaded but currently not using it. I will delete it and see if it is of any influence! The only other thing I can think of is doing a hard reset, but I don’t want to loose my data😅

Try restarting the Versa 2 again…try it at least 3 times. Yes, like you I wouldn’t want to do a hard reset either.  If restarting several times doesn’t fix the issue then I’d certainly call Fitbit Customer Service at 877-623-4997
