Versa 2 bad distance reading from GPS

hello, 

I bought fitbit yesterday, I noticed that distance reading is wrong. So tested it. 

In fitbit app there is shown 3.74 km, I exported data as tcx file, converted to gpx file and imported in google maps. Google maps shows distance of 4.4 km.

It is same data! Fitbit app showing wrong distance, not GPS route.

I am using galaxy s10e connected to versa, have installed latest firmware.

Is there some configuration made wrong in settings?

Have some solutions?

Regarding the GPS data issue that your Versa 2 is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved.

 

In the meantime, I'd like you to check out this help article and try the troubleshooting steps listed. After this, monitor the GPS feature and see if the issue gets fixed.
