I return my Versa 2 that was defective March 1st they have no idea where it is I'm in Tennessee it was supposed to be transported to California 16 days later it is still in transit and I am still without my returned watch. I am pretty disgusted when I talk to people it takes forever to get to somebody and when I do they don't know what the heck is going on. They tell me they don't have any in the warehouse they can't replace it because they don't have any I told him Walmart had them give me a refund send me a check. This happened to any of you.

Hi @Rustycms we're the community forums and you need customer support. Walmart might still have the Versa 2 for sale, but Fitbit doesn't. When you returned it, did you talk to customer support first and had a RMA? Since you purchased it at Walmart, Fitbit won't send you a check. Was it still under warranty?
