Versa 2 band installer in Sydney Australia

Hi,

I have been trying for the last hour to replace my Versa 2 band but it refuses to go in the remaining slot. It is driving me nuts !.

Is there someone in Sydney who could install it for me before I throw it in the bin and get another brand?.

Hey @JohnColuccio5. It might be a little hard to find someone on the Fitbit forums. I would suggest watching a Youtube video to help you and if that doesn't work, I would search on Facebook for some help from friends or maybe someone in your local area by using Facebook Marketplace. Best of luck!

@JohnColuccio5   Try a jeweler or a watch repair shop.  I always had trouble with my Versa 2 bands, and bent a pin or two, until I got this tool.  I saw this same tool in watch repair kits on Amazon.  I also had one Fitbit brand replacement band that was just too big.  I wound up returning that band.

Finally got it on after 40 minutes. More good luck than good management.

They have sacrificed a sleek look for ease of use.

Will be thinking twice next time.
