Versa 2 bank list

I purchased the Versa 2 today on its release date and one of the selling points was being able to use Fitbit pay. When attempting to add my visa/debit card I get an error message saying uh oh looks like we don’t support the card due to my bank not being on a list. We should be able to link any card as long as it’s a Visa or MasterCard this issue needs to be resolved or you need to not advertise the Fitbit pay if it’s not available to everyone. False advertising is a bad way to sell products.

I understand your frustration, but it's up to the issuing bank to join the Fitbit Pay program.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
