Versa 2 battery does not sync on my iPad.

All features of my Versa 2 sync with my iPad (iOS 15)  except the battery life. The same thing happens on my wife’s Inspire HR. The Versa sync’s perfectly to my Android phone. 

any advice please. Fitbit tell me to buy a new watch!

Hi @RobinHIA  -  seems to be a common problem on iOS, have a look in the forum for other cases.

It's definitely not a watch problem.
