Versa 2 battery draining and screen swiping issues

I got a new Versa 2 in January and was very pleased. I was actually getting 11 days om a full charge. Over the past month however, the battery life came down to only 1 day and now I can't even get the right time to show on the watch. I also noticed when I went to do an exercise for the day I could not swipe right to get the exercise program to show up. I removed the device from my smart phone and now and when I tried to reinstall the watch to my iPhone it won't even recognize it. I bought one for my wife for her birthday in February and she is starting to notice a decline in battery life also. What's the deal/ Maybe we should have just purchased Apple Watches.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same problems as the guy above, battery life lasting only a day, charging it every single evening now and the touch screen isn't working either, please help only got mine as a gift at christmas

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, try the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your watch. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if the issues get fixed.
