Versa 2 battery draining and swipe unresponsive

Have recharged battery numerous times. Did hard restart numerous times. Reinstall app. Battery still drains & can’t swipe still also numerous people have complained after new update.

Thanks for providing the details regarding the inconvenience with the battery and for trying to fix it trough the restarts.

I'd like to know if you followed the steps suggested here in order to get the battery charge again.

Found out versa 2 rear hrm windows had condensation most likely from sweat. Wouldn’t charge. Replace with inspire 3 lets see what happens.
