When I first got my Versa 2, I only had to charge the battery every 5-6 days. Over the past couple of months, I noticed that it requires charging every 3 days, with no exception. I had been testing the "snore" function and thought perhaps this might be the issue, but I have opted out of the test and the battery still only lasts for three days. I am following the recommendations in https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2004, but I have always done that, so the issue appears to be something else. One of the reasons I bought the Versa 2 was for the longer battery life together with an enhanced functionality over my previous Charge 2, but the Versa is now worse than the Charge ever was. Any ideas -not- documented in the help article would be much appreciated.

Hi @Jillandthedog , try restarting your Versa 2 three times is a row (internal reset) by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo. If that does not solve your battery issue, contact Customer Support and ask a battery test. Regards kuzibri

I have got my fitbit during the holidays and so it came up with the latest update( more like forced me to). My fitbit lasts at max for three days. I have charged 100% on Friday night, and on Monday noon it is on 32%.

I deleted a few apps from my Fitbit that I wasn't using, including the Fibit snore detect app. Since my battery is still at 56% 4 days since my last charge, and since the battery drain started right after I installed the snore app, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the app was the cause of the battery drain. If you haven't installed many apps on a new device, I agree with the earlier poster about contacting the Fitbit help desk so they can run through a battery test with you.

@Jillandthedog I read a post by another user who was offered the Snore Detect App. He also said that app uses a lot of battery.

Laurie, are you saying there is actually info in Fitbit Help now about the impact of Snore Detect on the battery? There certainly wasn't when I reported the issue, nor was the support team aware of the issue.

I am not sure if this is your problem. However, with me I noticed that when I had Versa Classic activated my battery drained much faster.

Versa classic?

The Versa has two Bluetooth settings. Versa 2 Classic is used with music and Versa 2 is used with everything else. When these two settings are activated at the same time my battery life went way down. Versa 2 automatically is activated when you are using the watch all the time and cannot be disabled. Versa 2 classic needs to paired separately. I think it is stupid of Fitbit to have 2 different Bluetooth settings. Besided being confusing it can create a lot of problems.

Oh, ok. Yes I do see them and always end up pairing Versa classic with my phone. I will give that a shot. Thanks.
