I purchased a Versa 2 on 2/28, and it worked fine until I charged it yesterday morning. That charge didn't last until this morning, and upon charging it this morning, it dropped from 98%-65% over the course of my workday. Extrapolating this would approximately drain it in less than 24 hours, matching the draining speed from yesterday when the issue first appeared; even though I had notifications disabled and the screen set to manual unlock during the latter portion of that time today. I have tried a power cycle and multiple factory resets, and the fast battery drain issues persist - I charged to 81% on the most recent reset one hour ago and the battery is already down to 72%.
Do I have a defective device?
