I'm having several issues at the moment that all started 1 week ago.
My Versa 2 is now 1 year old, and last saturday, I noticed that my Versa 2 was suddenly draining its battery incredibly fast.
Before the issue, I could load the battery to 100% in the morning and could use the watch for several days. Now, the battery barely lasts 24 hours.
This was before the 4.2 firmware update and I didn't change any settings or installed any additional apps, clocks or what not.
After the firmware update a few days ago - which sadly didn't help the battery drain issue - I decided to reset my Versa 2 to factory settings.
Since that, my iPhone 7s and my Versa 2 can no longer connect via bluetooth.
What the hell is wrong with that thing?!
I bought the Versa 2 after my first Fitbit also suddenly began draining its battery through a faulty pulse tracker. If my watch now also is irreparably damaged, it will most certainly be the last fitbit I will have bought.

Hi there @SilkeT, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the battery and syncing issues you've been having with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from. I appreciate your time and efforts in troubleshooting this issue prior to posting here.
Since you're using an iOS, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Fitbit device automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now. If your Fitbit device doesn't sync, please confirmed that you've followed the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Once your Versa 2 starts syncing again, please see how the battery is doing. If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend taking a look at this article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
If your watch's battery keeps draining drastically in the next couple of days, let me know so I can continue assisting you.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
