I recently upgraded my charge to a versa 2. Since receiving it I’m noticing a couple of issues and I’ve looked on the community and can’t see any fixes for same
1. Battery life is draining very quickly, barely lasting one full day
2. Sleep is not tracking and I’ve checked the band and tightness etc. It may track one night in a week?!
3. It’s not receding stairs, my house stairs are under recorded. I’ve checked and counted, sometimes it counts them others it doesn’t.
I would appreciate some help/support to rectify these issues?
