Versa 2 battery draining too fast

My replacement versa 2 battery has gone from 6 days to 7 hours.

 

At 5 am this morning it was at 100%, by 12 it was dead!

 

My original versa 2 turned itself off while I was at work one day and has never come back on.

I have the same issue, contacted support with no resolution.  Still only holds a charge for maybe 24 hours before recharge. Any advice or resolution to this issue?  The unit is only 2 months old.

Weirdly and fortunately it was only a 24 hour glitch, when recharged later that day/night, it synced etc, and the battery has held its own.

Maybe it helped because it was completely out of battery to start over, I don’t know
