Hi all
my Fitbit versa 2 was fully charged Saturday and now Monday night it’s @22 % what happened with the 5 day battery life as promised?
Ive shut most everything off on it

@magicwand, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the battery is not lasting as long as it should even though you have turned off some features.
Please try the tips that are listed in this help article. This article may contain tips that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.

I charged my fitbit versa 2 all night the 25th of December and put it on the 26th at 10am and today being tuesday the 31st, my battery is still at 24% as I text. Check your settings and make sure the time isnt always on. Good-luck

Versa 2 is 1 month old I put on charger at 6:30am was at 100% and was dead at 9 :30am only 3 hours later WTH?

You possibly got a bad seed, try adjusting the watch on strings otherwise maybe consider an exchange, it's a great Fitbit in my eyes. GOOD LUCK...
