My almost new versa 2 Fitbit will not hold charge, I am charging everyday. My last one broke when I went swimming with it, I am loosing the faith and don’t want to, I am yet to take the other one back.

@Shortysky, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I'm also sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa 2 is not lasting as long as it should.
I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your watch. After trying those tips, monitor your Versa 2 for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
