Versa 2 battery drains fast

Hi - Anyone else having battery issues with less than a year old Versa 2? 

 

It use to last 5-6 days and now despite charging fully (and I only leave it for 2-3hrs never overnight as dont' wish to kill the battery), I get low battery warning (17%) in less than 2 days (I do wear 24/7) but I use too prior and it lasted at least 5 days.   Becoming really annoying.  

 

and Fitbit before you ask, I don't use spotify, my brightness is :normal and screen timeout is 15sec with always on mode OFF. so not a heavy use.     

 

Also, the short cuts from scroll down at the top (for DND, Sleep mode etc) have now gone and are much longer process to get too? Is this an update that you can't get back to how it was? 

 

Anyone else have any tips/ideas? thinking I need to just return and replace it?

Before we check out the warranty status or replacement option, I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Versa 2. This article contains tips that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.
