Versa 2 battery drains in less than a day

Just wondering why I am having to charge My fitbit daily?   I never used to have to do this till like the last 3 weeks, now I am having to put it on the charger every day.  Wondering if there is a fix for this or what may be going on?

Hi there, @EMTMBB. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.

As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

This might be because you branch it near salt water.

My Versa 2 has done the same things.  It use to last 4 days and my Apple phone did an update and now it lasts a day. Also I can’t sync it now as it won’t connect to Bluetooth.  Very frustrating !!!

Same here. My device used to last about 3-4 days. I charged it all the way Sunday night and it was at 3% Monday afternoon. I didn’t change anything about the Fitbit, I’ve had the same settings since I got it about two years ago. Another thing happening to me is that the Fitbit isn’t detecting my heart rate or sleep… the lasers on the back aren’t even turning on.  What happened?!
