Versa 2 battery drains in one day

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had my Versa 2 for less than a year.  Lately my battery drains in a 1 to 1 1/2 days.  And I’ve tried to do the last update and it won’t.  I haven’t changed any settings to run my battery so quickly.  Just really sucks because I got this for Mother’s Day this year and it is already giving me issues.

Hi there @ivettesamayoa, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2's battery life is draining too fast, I understand how you must be feeling. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for making sure you haven't changed any settings on your watch, I'll be glad to help you.

As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Let me know how it goes.

I already changed the clock face and I don’t have any notifications coming through the versa.

So what is the next step to get this fixed?

I just started having the same issues and I just got my Versa 2 at the end of August. I don't have extra settings on or display always on. Mine doesn't last a half day..

My fitbit versa 2 has just started doing exactly the same! Haven't changed anything regarding usage. Just started draining a few days ago.

Any help appreciated

I have that same problem. It’s now on 19%.

I also recently just started having this issue. I noticed that my clock face was always displaying which it never use to do. I thought maybe Fitbit updated this clock face to show a ghost outline of the time no matter what but when I went to the settings, sure enough the always on display was turned on. I did not change this setting so clearly something glitched. As soon as I switched it to off, my battery life went back to normal (lasting about 5-6 days).
