Hi everyone, I know a lot of people are posting about similar issues, but I just bought a Versa 2–it’s less than 3 weeks old. I got the new update maybe 3 days ago and now the battery drains in under 12 hours. I have to charge it twice per day... I had an Inspire before this that would last longer than a week! Has anybody managed to resolve this issue yet? I can’t imagine they’re trying to push a new product on me when I just bought the newest model.

Hi, have you tried re-booting your Versa or doing a Factory Reset?

My Versa two is about a month old. Battery was great up until a few days ago. Now I have to charge it at least twice a day. I just charged it last night to 100%. Wore it to bed(7hours), and woke up to it being 60%. i have tried to shut it down and restart it but this did not help. Very disappointed

Yes I’ve reset it and restarted it multiple times to no avail. 😕
