Versa 2 battery icon always on display

My Versa 2 is constantly showing the charge icon even when not on charge. I have restarted my watch but this didn’t work. Any advice welcome

Thank you for coming back to me. My Fitbit is charging ok however when I unplug it from charging the charging symbol still shows on my watch face.

Hi @Dccsunny -  if you followed the above instructions, try changing the clock face to another one.

Posting a photo of what you see exactly and type of watch if not a Versa 2 can also be helpful.
