Just charged my Versa 2 yesterday. Today it went from 92% to zero in 2 hours. Not doing anything different. Watch only 8 months old. Worked fine until now. General answer about clock faces and battery life do not seem to apply. Other thoughts?

Hi there, @Midnight51 @KC5WLI. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2 devices. I understand where your concerns are coming from and how you guys must be feeling.
As for the battery draining too fast, please note that as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
Hope that helps.

I am having the same problem and it is not because Versa 2 display is always on. Now it will not charge. What is up with this? This is a product failure .

I'm having the exact same issue. I haven't changed anything, the clock face is a factory setting, it says it's charging, nothing out of the ordinary is going on but suddenly the battery drains from 50% to dead in an hour. This started 2 days ago. It also, as other poster stated above, stopped tracking sleep and stopped syncing a couple days ago.

I am having the same issue! It started Monday. My watch face was a Fitbit face. I do nothing fancy with my watch. It is really just a watch anymore. But now suddenly the battery lasts less than 3 hours from full charge. Resetting didn’t work, changing the clock face didn’t work, and I already had quick view turned off. I did turn off reminder to move but that can be the problem since it only reminded me once before dying! This is super frustrating and disappointing!

I am also having a problem with my watch holding a charge. My QuickView is off and has always been off. The watch face was the original face it came with but I did try changing it and that didn’t work. Have restarted MULTIPLE times. It doesn’t even last a day when charged to 100%!! Hasn’t tracked my sleep in 2 days and my steps are completely inaccurate bc it has to stay on the charger because it won’t stay charged. Just this morning it was at 100% and I just had to plug it in because it was at 43%. I have read all the forums and suggestions and tried them all and NOTHING WORKS!! Very not happy at all!!

Having the same issue with Versa 2, have to charge it everyday without any workouts, or other features on. Haven’t changed anything on my watch and have a Fitbitclock with minimal stats

This did not help as I had tried all of this on the help page and the answer wasn't there either. I have a Fitbit that is absolutely nothing as it is not working.
