Hi, i  bought versa 2 and using it for about a month. I notice battery life drain faster than versa. I get about 2 days. Also i get no text notification. Anyone experiencing this? Should i return and get a replacement from best buy?

Hi @DungHo A battery life of 2 days seems very short to me. Mine lasts at least 4 with notifications and all day sync turned on. Try restarting it a few times and see if that improves the battery life. If it doesnt I would go ahead amd exchange it if you can, or contact support.

As far as notifications go, what phone are you using? There are problems with notifications on unsupported devices at times and at the moment there are some issues with various phones. Have a look at  THIS Help Article on notification issues.

Yea thanks. Looks like my issue. Strange since i always buy the latest phone and update. I would think Fitbit would keep the latest watch compatible with the latest phone

They DO try! But there are an awful lot of phones, all doing their own updates .....
