Since the last update I have had nothing but trouble with my versa 2. The time often goes wrong. The battery is dying fast before the update it lasted sometimes 4 days now its barely a day I have to charge it sometimes twice a day. Its also not syncing with my phone properly takes forever and sometime not at all. Has anyone else had this problem. Grateful for any advice given.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 6 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
