I just wanted to share my experience. Might help some people with battery issues since I'm guessing I'm not the only one. I have had my versa for less than a year and it's always worked great. About a week ago, I started noticing my clock face would always be displaying which it never use to do. Typically it would go dark in 10 seconds until I touched it or raised my wrist the right way. I didn't change the always on display setting so I just assumed Fitbit updated that particular clock face I have to show a ghost outline of the time no matter what. I quickly realized though that this was draining the battery in a day. My Fitbit would be lit up at night which it never did so finally, I decided to actually check the always on display and sure enough, it was switched to On. Like I said, I did not change this. I'm thinking somehow an update glitched the setting or maybe that particular time I synced it, it glitched. Either way, I switched it back to off and the battery went back to lasting the normal 5-6 days instead of 24 hours. To check this setting, go to settings on your versa, scroll down to Always-On Display and make sure it shows off. 🙂

Hi there @yellowdart24, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing your experience with your Versa 2's battery life. I'm glad to hear the battery is lasting as expected after tuning "Always On" to off.
It seems that "Always On" was turn on accidentally (that happened to me once). As you may know, your Versa 2 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
If you need further help with the battery life on your watch, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Have a great day!

I find it helps when you don’t wear it going to bed and I have my brightness on full and always on display off and I can just about get 5 days of charge out of it but usually 4 depending on what apps you use on it and outher factors.

I have a Versa 1 and have had a similar experience. My first Versa watch used to give me 3+ days of battery life and then it just stopped working while in the charger and the charger became extremely hot. It may have been in danger of starting a fire! I contacted Fitbit and they agreed to replace both the charger and watch free of charge. Nice!!! However they sent me a replacement Versa and it only gets a maximum of 15 hours before requiring a recharge which is very inconvenient. I contacted Fitbit support several times for a suggestions on fixing the battery life issue and finally they just said that they would give me a 35% discount on a new one and would not agree to replacing my replacement watch. There is no doubt in my mind that they redesigned the watch with a low 15 hour replacement battery life when they still claim 3 day battery life. With less expensive fitness watches on the market that advertise 14 to 15 battery life why would anyone ever buy a Fitbit product again. I surely won't!!
