Hi I’ve haven’t changed anything on my Versa ie Clock face or phone connection but all of a sudden I have to charge it every 24 hours. Help 😔

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 6 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

Hi there,
Thank you for your reply. I have followed your instructions and and ended up with the “Restart”. I did this and now nothing! Just a black screen. It will not turn on at all. It showed 98% battery when I restarted it. Not sure what to do now 😢
