Versa 2 battery life not lasting and display becomes unresponsive

So for the past few days I’ve been observing my watch because it’s faulty at times so here what I gathered with my observation.

  • Battery drains too fast already. (3days max) and i did the reset already and just let it be. I didn’t downloaded any new clock faces. No alarms whatsoever. Just syncing it adter I wake up and before going to sleep
  • After charging I can still navigate the watch Since its touchscreen but after A while I can touchscreen it anymore like it wont respond to “touchscreen” but button on the left side is still working like it would go to the timer still but the touchscreen wont work like if I want to set up my watch because im going to do a workout. I cant go to that feature.

So thats all! I dont know what ti do anymore ☹️ And I want my watch back, like fully functioning back. I really like it and just want the way things were.

thank you in advance! And stay safe always!!

Hi @Chloe09, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that should fix the display issue and refresh the device's performance.

Let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks for your reply @Chloe09.

The restart process should resolve the issue. If you experience again the same situation with the display of your Versa 2, don't hesitate to contact me back so we can move forward.

I'll be here if you need anything else.
