I replaced my old workhorse Alta with a Versa 2 about 4 months ago. It worked great for the first 3 months then all of a sudden it started to have problems. First, it just randomly would reset itself, then it wouldn’t hold a charge (I get 2 days tops), the swipe won’t work and sometimes the time is off by about 5 minutes. I have reset it numerous times and it just keeps going back to the same crap. Very frustrated now, looking at other trackers as I won’t go back to Fitbit if this doesn’t get resolved.
