Hi i bought my fitbit a few days ago and its advertised that it will last 4 days without charging but mine doesnt even last 1day.... I got it because it's supposed to last so long...

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, certainly your device's battery performance isn't working as the way it was designed because our Fitbit Versa 2 battery was designed to last up to 4 days. That being said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and let me know how it goes.
