I got my girlfriend a Versa 2 for her birthday last week. Out of the box we are seeing very poor battery performance. Yesterday she charged it overnight and within 24 hours it is down to 24% battery left. I was under the impression we should see 4+ days of battery life. Is this a common issue, should we return it for a new one with a better battery?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last up to 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
