Versa 2 battery life not lasting

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchased the Versa 2 over an Apple Watch for the battery life before needing to recharge but I’m finding my Versa needs charging every other day at least.

I'm not as busy as I was when at work before lockdown so don’t understand.

My Versa wouldn’t charge this morning so I could give it a top up then switched off totally and wouldn’t come back on for about 30 minutes. When it did I couldn’t select the Exercise option to track my workout.

Frustrate as I loved my Blaze but not feeling it with my Versa 2 when it’s less than a year old.

Any suggestions?

Hi @emmalegg75, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Check your GPS settings. Mine was ON by default.

I’m having the same problem. Mine doesn’t even last 24 hours before it dies. I’ve turned off everything I can and it’s draining like crazy. I’ve done the restart multiple times and shut it down and the turned it back on.

Any suggestuons?

Just in the last few days, I’ll start my morning with the watch at 100% and by lunch time it’s dead! I’ve done all the tips, but it seems to drain regardless, so frustrating!
