My battery was very low this morning for no reason. I usually charge it in the morning while I’m showering. Normally I have at least 65% battery, when I charged it this morning I had 6% battery. Any idea why this happened?

To better assist you with this and further investigate, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? The battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 6 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
