Versa 2 battery life not lasting

My battery usually lasts 4-5 days, but literally in the last hour I've lost 16%. It was during a period when my versa wouldnt sync to my phone, so dont know if that's just a coincidence or not. No other issues apart from that.
Anyone had a similar issue?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 5 days just as mentioned in your post, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

Hi Ricardo, thanks for your reply. I always charge it using the correct dock. It's just strange that for a period of roughly 1.5hours I lost 16% battery. After that I only lost 9% from 6pm overnight, which is normal for me. 

Do you know what may have caused this sudden drop in battery? As mentioned previously,  it came at a time when my versa wouldnt sync to my phone - do you think that had an impact?
