My tracker is about 2 months old. After the recent update to my tracker, it started to go dead within about 36 hours. Then, I plugged it in after it died. It shows the battery charging, but when I unplug it the logo screen comes on then goes black. I push the button (only one it’s a Versa 2) and the Alexa wakes up, but I can’t see any other screens. I tried to email customer service, and apparently they aren’t doing that anymore. Please help.
