Versa 2 battery life not lasting

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought my Versa 2 on December 1, 2019. All of a sudden (literally the last 2 days) my Versa will not hold a charge for 24 hours! I go from 100% to completely dead in less than 24 hours. I have most features turned off (as I always have). Any advice would be appreciated as these watches should last longer than a year.

Hi @tammielh, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes a restart process that will refresh the device's performance.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

I’ve had exactly the same issue starting yesterday. The battery was 100% this morning and empty at 8:20pm. I also have all the features off.

Now the green lights aren’t coming on at the back and it’s been charging for 40mins. No sign of life. Not happy.
