My versa 2 is only a few months old and the other day it started being very slow when scrolling. It is also losing about 1% of battery life a minute. It will also periodically reset. I've tried restarting it, doing a factory reset. Im at a loss for what to do I tried looking into a return but I ordered it through fitbit and I dont know where to find my order number,

Hi @slowmo99, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

My problem is more than just battery life, when I try to scroll there's an extended delay in how long it takes to move, think like a 10 year old PC trying to run the latest game on Ultra settings. But also after charging to 100% from either a wall outlet or PC, I've tried both, the watch dies in less than 2 hours. It's not an app or features issues as I have done a factory reset and turned off everything i possibly can, and still same slow scrolling and sub 2 hour battery life.
