Can the Versa battery be changed? I'm having to recharge it more frequently - now every 2 days. I've had the Versa for almost 2 years and would think the battery would last longer. I've had not in the past year touched any settings, they are the same as when I got the watch. I used to get at least 5 days before recharge.

Hi @Kpnurse
Welcome to the forum. No, the Versa 2 batter can't be changed. I would like to ask you to do a restart of your Versa 2 by holding down the button until the screen goes dark and you then see the Fitbit logo. You may need to do this a few times in a row, but it should help improve your battery life. Think of it like rebooting your computer, as it works similarly by closing out anything running in the background that could be using up your battery power. Fingers crossed you see an improvement.

Hello @Kpnurse, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa 2 was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes a restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
@MarciM Your help is appreciated.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
