I had my Versa replaced when the battery started failing. My Versa 2 has been holding a charge for 5 days until about a week ago and now lasts 2 days. I am syncing daily to my iphone. The watch is barely 6 months old. Please assist. I am doing nothing different now than I have been doing.

I'm having the same issue. Was charging every 6 days, now every 2. Went on the live chat yesterday. Its already on manual switch on but they advised me to switch off all notifications and let the battery die completely before charging to 100% and letting it die again and charging back to 100% so they can monitor their end. Already lost 25% battery in 20 hours. I also want my notifications to work on it - one of the reasons I switched to it. It's 4 months old! After i last charged it 3 days ago screen would not come back on and lights stopped flickering on the back so i had to factory reset it.

My Versa 2 is almost a year old. I always was able to get a bit over 5 days out of the watch before recharging. I specifically need a watch that can wake the screen when I life my hand (and don't need a second hand to look at the time). About a month ago the battery life reduced to a little over 3 days. That means that suddenly the battery life is 60% of what it was a week before.
Why should we have to change the Screen Wake setting at all? This is one of the features that I want in this watch, and it makes the watch useless to me if I need to turn it off.
After reading another thread I also checked to see if the "Always On" setting had been turned on, but it is off, just as I had set it a year ago.
Do I need my watch replaced? A watch that lasts only a year is a waste of resources, time, and money.
