Hi, my wife bought me a versa 2 in October 2021. It was fine, then all of a sudden it just flashed and then wouldn't do anything. So in November 2021 Fitbit sent me a replacement. It was fine, but over the last couple of months or so the battery has started to run out very quickly. Originally I only charged it around every 5 days but now it needs charging every day. I have used the same watch faces that I used from the start and it's made no difference. I haven't changed anything it just won't hold a charge any more and it's only 4 months old. I have recently signed up for the 3 months free premium, but it was running out long before I signed up for that

Thanks for the reply. I don't seem to have snore detection on my versa 2 either with premium or without. And the problem did actually start a while back, before I started premium. It would be handy if I could contact Fitbit directly, but this forum is the only thing that I can find. Any suggestions on how to talk to Fitbit customer service about this?
